中科四期二階環評完成 十年纏鬥終結

中科四期的二階環評23日在環保署環評大會獲得通過，結束了為期十年的抗爭與纏訟。
中科四期過去最大的爭議發生在搶用農業用水與廢水排入濁水溪，因此引發環團與農民抗爭與訴訟，最後兩造和解，協議在二階環評結論完成前，中科允諾不發包施工，也不核准新廠。
在彰化縣長魏明谷與立委洪宗熠、王惠美的支持聲中，中科四期二階環評確定通過。賴品瑀攝。
在二階環評中，中科陸續承諾了轉型低用水、低排放產業，後來更喊出每天2萬立方米的廢水放流量全數再生利用、不抽用地下水、2019年底後不再調用農水等承諾，獲環評小組認可，建議通過。
大會在約3小時的討論後，再追加了環保監督小組成員組成民間團體與當地居民不得少於1/3，而相關資訊公開也獲要求。再者，辦公大樓、標準廠房與宿舍，綠建築標章從銅級提高為銀級。
此外，此案也將納入科學園區消防應變區域聯防的規劃，並定期共同辦理教育訓練及演練。
今次審查，包括彰化縣長魏明谷與立委洪宗熠、王惠美皆前往環保署，強調期待中科四期帶來的地方發展，對於中科聲稱的2.5萬個工作機會相當期待，認為是當地子弟回鄉的好機會。魏明谷強調，彰縣府將與中科合作，更已為此開發道路配合，殷切期盼展開開發。
不過台灣水資源保育聯盟主任粘麗玉指出，中科四期應該及早提出人才的需求，甚至協助培養，才能讓當地子弟真的能受益，而非一味劃大餅、讓長輩做美夢。

「音樂才子」李榮浩將於16日在台北小巨蛋舉辦演唱會，門票即將售罄，展現火紅人氣。日前才推出〈歌謠〉MV，在裡頭展現硬底子演技的他，迅速成為熱搜榜第五，沒想到昨（4）日他卻在微博自曝，這是靠唱片公司「幫忙」所致。
李榮浩先是笑說：「尷尬嗎？哈哈哈，忽然熱搜第五變成『李榮浩歌謠互飆演技。』隨後透露這全是唱片公司為了讓曝光率提高，所以花錢買榜。為人誠實的他更打趣說：「成本之大、用心良苦，讓哥好感動，希望更多的人可以看見這支MV。」
